Priyanshu, who made it to the finals of the Odisha Open Super 100, defeated Victor Svendsen of Denmark 21-10, 13-21, 21-13 in the first match of the Indonesia Masters. He then defeated France's Christo Popov 21-17, 21-19. Priyanshu will take on Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo of Indonesia in the first round of the tournament.
On the other hand, Kiran George, Mithun Manjunath, and Kartikey Gulshan Kumar were the other Indians to be eliminated in the qualifying round.
