Assam's Pritam Das picked up 18 wickets in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2012-13. He went ahead to become the highest wicket-taker in that season with an economy of 3.54 and a BBI of 5/30.
2. Vinay Kumar

Vinay Kumar of Karnataka became the highest wicket-taker of the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2013-14 with 28 wickets to his credit. He had 5/34 as his best performance and an economy of 4.83.
3. Abhimanyu Mithun

Abhimanyu Mithun from Karnataka was the highest wicket-taker in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2014-15. Playing for the winning team, Abhimanyu picked up 18 wickets that season with a BBI of 4/18 and an economy of 4.44.

4. Jasprit Bumrah
