FC Barcelona and Robert Lewandowski have a perfect game at Camp Nou against the Czech champions. It was Franck Kessié who scored the first goal for Barcelona in the Barcelona vs FC Viktoria Plzeň clash. It was his first UCL goal and on his UCL debut as well. Then, Plzen nearly had a penalty but was ruled out by the VAR. Post that, Barcelona was dominant in every position. Lewandowski netted his first of the night in the 34th minute. But, Plzen came back with a beautiful header from Sýkora just before half-time.
Barca did not panic at all as Lewandowski found the net in the added minute of the first half. This time it was Dembele with the cross for the Polish striker. Then it was all about Lewandowski and Barcelona as Xavi made some changes to his eleven. Ferran Torres came in and assisted Lewandowski for his 6th UCL hat-trick and then scored a goal himself assisted by Dembele.
Overall Xavi would be happy with the performance. Among the seniors, Jordi Alba looked good as well. However, you can not and should not judge Plzen's performance against a red-hot Lewandowski. Although, with Barca's last year's home record, they had some hope in their hearts too.
