20-year-old Danish defender Patrick Dorgu made his senior debut for Manchester United wearing the number 13 jersey in the FA Cup fourth-round match against Leicester City at Old Trafford on February 7, 2025. This made him the first Manchester United outfield player since Ji-Sung Park to wear the No.13 jersey for the Red Devils
Dorgu's arrival from Italian side Lecce was confirmed by Manchester United on February 2, 2025. He signed a contract extending until June 2030, with an option for an additional year. The young left-back had previously made 57 appearances for Lecce, contributing five goals.

His debut comes at a crucial time for Ruben Amorim's team, as injury to Lisandro Martinez has left the team short-handed in the left-back position. Amorim has already expressed confidence in Dorgu's abilities, stating, "He is a really creative player, too."

Ji-Sung Park, the South Korean attacking mid-fielder was one of the most underrated players of that golden Sir Alex Ferguson era. Park won 1 Champions League and 4 Premier League titles with Manchester United. He played 204 games for the Red Devils and had 28 goals and 28 assists during his time at the Theater of Dreams.
With Dorgu wearing the iconic No. 13 jersey, the Manchester United fans will surely hope the youngster would deliver what the South Korean legend achieved for them in the past.
