FIFA announced the final nominations of the FIFA best women's player of the year on Friday. The global football governing body announced the names on its official Twitter handle. Kristine Lilly and Sami Khedira finalized the 3 nominees during a live announcement event. The 3 footballers in the nominations to be the FIFA best women's player of the year are Jennifer Hermoso, Sam Kerr, and Alexia Putellas.
