Johnny Weismuller, globally known as "Tarzan" has won five gold medals in the Olympics by setting countless World records. The athlete-turned-actor won 3 gold medals at the 1924 Paris Olympics and 2 gold medals and 1 bronze medal at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics. The American swimmer had one of the best competitive records in swimming in the 20th century. He was also the world record holder of 100 m freestyle from 1924 to 1934.

1924 Paris Olympics:

Johnny brought two gold medals home by winning the 100m freestyle, 400m freestyle, and the 4 × 200 m relay team event in the 1924 Pais Olympics.
