Oman Cricket Academy Ground will host the initial stages of the T20 World Cup 2021. The ground will host the round 1 stages that will be played between 17th October to 22nd October 2021. The Oman cricket academy ground opened back in 2012 and was endowed by the late Sultan Qaboos bin.

Holding official ICC Test accreditation, the ground has so far hosted 30 T20Is, as well as four ODIs as part of Cricket World Cup League 2. Dubai International Cricket Stadium is currently hosting the ongoing IPL 2021, the second leg started on 19th September. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are also included in the list. However, Dubai will host the T20 World Cup main group stages matches.

The record-holder for the most men's T20Is hosted, Dubai International Cricket Stadium has witnessed 62 matches in the format. A part of Dubai Sports City, the ground opened its doors in 2009 and hosted its first international match the same year. Dubai Stadium has a seating capacity of 25,000 and a total of 109 fixtures have been staged on this ground.

Famous for its 'ring of fire', Dubai International Stadium features over 300 floodlights fixed around the circumference of the stadium. Moreover, it's reducing the appearance of shadows during nighttime cricket. The ground hosted the 2018 Asia Cup Final between Bangladesh and India. And also the Final of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2019.

Dubai International Cricket Stadium will host a total of 13 matches during the T20 World Cup 2021 in UAE. However, the matches will be played between October 24 to November 14, 2021, including the semi-final and the Final on 11th and 14th November 2021 respectively.

Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi :

Abu Dhabi's Sheikh Zayed Stadium will host the matches including the semi-final of men's T20 World Cup 2021. The second most used venue in men's T20I history. Abu Dhabi's Sheikh Zayed Stadium has hosted 48 matches in the format.

Opened in 2004, the ground hosted its inaugural first-class match later that year along with Scotland taking on Kenya. The ground's first official international fixture came two years later when India played Pakistan in an ODI. Alongside the ICC Academy and Dubai International Stadium, it hosted the qualifying tournament in 2019.

Moreover, Sheikh Zayed stadium has a seating capacity of 20,000 and hosted a total of 113 fixtures from 2004. Abu Dhabi will host most no. of the matches(15) of this years T20 World Cup. However, the matches will be played between October 18 to November 10, 2021. Abu Dhabi will also host the first semi-final of ICC men's T20 World Cup on November 10, 2021.

Sharjah Cricket Stadium is one of the smallest grounds in the history of cricket. Moreover, it's established back in 1982 with the highest capacity of 27,000 people. Sharjah Cricket Stadium has hosted a total of 263 international fixtures from 1982 to now. Moreover, only the Sydney Cricket Ground (277) and Melbourne Cricket Ground (275) have hosted more games. The 240 men's ODIs it has hosted is 91 more than the next most used venue, the SCG (159).
