This was only the third season of the tournament. No other team has been able to win the title so far. Team India also won the title in the year 2012 and in the year 2017. In today's final of the Blind T20 World Cup 2022, India scored 277 runs for 2 wickets while playing first. Ramesh Kumar scored an unbeaten 163. While Ajay Reddy scored an unbeaten 100 runs.

In reply, the Bangladesh team could only manage 157 runs for 3 wickets. In this way, the Indian team won the match by a big margin of 120 runs. Although there was a dispute before the start of the tournament. Due to the non-availability of visa, the Pakistan team could not come to India to participate in the tournament. Earlier, in the final of the T20 World Cup held in 2017, India defeated Pakistan. Then the tournament matches were held in India only.
