Women's cricket legend Jhulan Goswami will play her farewell match against England at the iconic Lords on Saturday. The all-time leading wicket-taker in women's cricket will be retiring from international cricket and she had already made the announcement before the series as well.

CAB took a novel initiative to make that match more memorable. Bengal Cricket's governing body has made arrangements to screen Jhulan Goswami's farewell match live on Saturday at the city's renowned multiplex. According to CAB, the India vs England match will be shown live on the big screen from 2.30 pm on Saturday at the Inox Forum, Elgin Road. The state unit has tied up with INOX Forum (INOX) in Kolkata for this initiative and fans will get a chance to watch Jhulan Goswami Retirement live on the big screen.

We have seen that in the past also, some of the major multiplex operators in the country have organized live screenings of international games. But this is an unique initiative taken by the state unit affiliated to BCCI. The Cricket Association of Bengal has informed about this special screening through a tweet. It will start at 2:30 pm.

India has already won the ODI series against England. Saturday's match is virtually regulation. The players of the Indian women's cricket team are emotional as this will be the final match of Jhulan. Commenting on Jhulan Goswami's farewell match, captain Harmanpreet Kaur said, "The Lord's game is very special for us because it's Jhulan's retirement and we wanted to enjoy that game without any pressure and I'm really happy that we were able to win today and now we can just have fun in that game, It's very important because that will be her last game. It will be a very emotional moment for all of us and we definitely want to win that game,"

Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur played an unbeaten innings of 143 runs in the match. Meantime, Smriti Mandhana, the vice-captain of the Indian team, made a great record in her name. She came down to open the day-night match on Wednesday and scored 40 runs off 51 balls. She made the fastest 3000 ODI runs in women's cricket.
