Team India's glory is being seen not in any one format, but in all three formats of international cricket. The Indian Cricket Team is currently the only cricket team in the world to have a place in the top 3 in the ICC rankings for all three formats of cricket. Apart from India, there is no other team that is in the top 3 in the ICC rankings in Test, ODI and T20I cricket.

The Indian team is currently ranked first in T20I cricket, second in Test cricket and third in ODI cricket. Thus, the Indian cricket team is the only team that has made it to the top 3 in all three ICC formats.

The team was already in the top 3 in the Test and T20 formats, but after the victory in the one-day match against England on Tuesday, the team has reached the top 3 in ODIs as well.

At one point of time, the Indian team was in the first place in One Day International cricket, but in the intervening years, the team has played very few One Day International matches. Due to this, the team had slipped to the fourth place.

New Zealand stays at the Top as England at Second

While, India is at third position in ODIs, New Zealand is in the top and England is in the second spot. New Zealand sticks at the top position after sealing back-to back victories against Ireland in the ongoing ODI series. However, If India losses their next two remaining games they will slipped down to fourth place again.

However, in the coming time, the team has to play many matches in this format and in such a situation, the team has a chance to move forward. Meanwhile, winning a couple of matches is not going to work as there is a huge gap between the first, second and third position.
