Embarrassing defeat for KKR

Kolkata Knight Riders have played seven matches in the league phase of the IPL.They have 6 points from 7 matches after half of the campaign.

After defeating Chennai Super Kings in Chennai, KKR was close to reaching the top of the points table in the Punjab Kings match. However, all plans were ruined due to the embarrassing defeat. KKR currently has 2 home matches ahead of them.

In the current situation, to make it to the playoffs, they have to win at least four matches. If they win five, can be a little more confident. So, KKR will be looking to win four home matches.
