Morocco advanced to the last 16 of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 as Group H runners-up after a 1-0 victory over Colombia.

Perth Rectangular Stadium hosted the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 Group H clash between Morocco and Colombia on Thursday. Debutants Morocco stunned Colombia 1-0 to advance to the Round of 16. The Atlas Lionesses began the brighter of the two sides, enjoying more possession and looking the side more likely to score. However, clear-cut chances were few and far between in the first half. Ghizlane Chebbak's penalty was saved, but Anissa Lahmari was in the right place to score the goal in the rebound to give her nation a priceless lead and threw Germany from the second spot to qualify for the last 16.
