India Finished Day 2 with a healthy lead of 144 runs in the 1st Test of India vs Australia. Captain Rohit Sharma already scored his half-century at the end of Day 1. He completed his career's 9th and first test century against Australia. Ashwin made a good partnership with the skipper but eventually, he lost his wicket while Pujara and Virat Kohli both failed to shine. Debutant Suryakumar Yadav and Srikar Bharat also couldn't help Rohit very well.
